He is a licensed pilot and aeronautical engineer specializing in aviation consultancy, aircraft maintenance, and management. With extensive industry knowledge and strategic leadership, Mr. Richard Kamau, has been a key driver of innovation and growth at Passion Aviation focusing mainly on aircraft maintenance, aviation management, quality control and piloting.
Besides his technical skills, Mr. Kamau demonstrates strong business acumen demonstrated by his extensive experience in senior management making him well equipped to expand the company’s footprint and impact within Africa.

Captain Geoffrey Pesa is a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor with 10+ years in the aviation industry, Capt. Pesa combines an impeccable blend of aviation expertise having held several positions including Chief pilot, Head of training and accountable manager.
As an MBA holder, he possesses a sound understanding running startups, SMEs to large organizations. Additionally, Capt., Pesa has experience in managing employees in large organizations with over 600 staff.
His wealth of experience in project management and his position as a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK), provides great strategic direction to the organization. He provided oversight to developing business plans, setting targets and driving revenue growth through research, planning and implementing new initiatives.

Mr. Gituma is A highly experienced aircraft engineer with 10+ years in working for major airlines such as  Kenya Airways, African Express, and KLM, One of his most notable achievements includes importing the Boeing 787 Dreamliners to Kenya Airways where he was lead and training engineers from global airlines such as Qatar airlines.

Eric serves as the Chief Operation Officer who oversees aircraft acquisition, asset management, and engine trade initiatives.
